This property includes both warehouse and office spaces and has been leased on a long-term basis.<\/p>\n<p>DSV was looking for a suitable location in the northern part of Munich for a client. Logivest was able to offer an appropriate solution in the Garching-Hochbr\u00fcck industrial area. The existing property is characterized by its proximity to federal roads B471 and B13, which allows access to the federal highways A9 and A92 as well as to the Munich ring road A99, as Logivest reports.<\/p>\n<h3>Rising Demand for Logistics Spaces<\/h3>\n<p>Alexander Dempfle, Consultant for Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest in Munich, commented on the current market development: \u201cIn general, we observe that the demand for existing properties continues to rise.
