The anchor tenant will be Reckitt, a global company and leading manufacturer of consumer goods in the health, hygiene, and household care sectors.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Kl\u00e1\u0161terec nad Oh\u0159\u00ed) Reckitt has signed a ten-year lease for 35,000 square meters and will move in during the second quarter of 2026. Mark Alderson, Global Procurement Director at Reckitt, states: &#8220;This strategic move is a milestone for the efficiency of our supply chain and the growing customer demand for reliable and fast deliveries. We have chosen a strong partner at our preferred location without compromising. I look forward to working with Garbe and successfully completing the project.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very pleased that Reckitt, a significant international player in the health and hygiene brands sector, will be our new tenant. The location is also attracting interest from other companies. Currently, around 13,000 square meters of space are still available, suitable for storage, logistics, or light industrial use. With this project, we continue the successful development of our first park at the site, where we have developed and fully leased nearly 20,000 square meters of industrial space,&#8221; comments Veronika Zacha, Head of Business Development at Garbe Industrial in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<h5>Meeting High Technical Requirements<\/h5>\n<p>The modern new warehouse in Garbe Park Kl\u00e1\u0161terec nad Oh\u0159\u00ed II meets high technical requirements and offers a clear height of 12 meters, loading docks, and direct access options. The location benefits from its strategically favorable position with excellent transport connections \u2013 including the D7 motorway and quick access to the D8 motorway in the north and the D6 and D5 motorways in the south. The park is also ideally connected to Germany via the D5, D6, D7, and D8 motorways, particularly to Bavaria and Saxony.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, Garbe Park Kl\u00e1\u0161terec nad Oh\u0159\u00ed II is an attractive location for companies connected to the German market or focusing on logistics, warehousing, light industrial, and e-commerce sectors. The park offers high-quality Class A industrial spaces, LED lighting, charging stations for electric vehicles, a green facade, and rainwater drainage.
