The project is being developed specifically for the future tenant&#8217;s requirements and strengthens the city of Garbsen as a business location in the Hanover metropolitan area. This is already the third BTS property that Panattoni is developing in the municipality.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Garbsen) The logistics area of approximately 12,100 m\u00b2, office and social areas of 1,670 m\u00b2, and outdoor storage space of 1,000 m\u00b2 will be optimally tailored to the needs of the future long-term tenant. A clear hall height of 12.20 m and 50 parking spaces complete the offering. In addition, the proximity to the A2 and A7 motorways, Hanover Airport, and the Hanover-Lehrte freight transport center ensures ideal connectivity for the location.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the development of this tailored logistics property, we are making another statement about the economic strength of the Garbsen location and the Hanover region,&#8221; says Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner at Panattoni Germany and Austria. &#8220;Our focus is on realizing innovative property solutions that meet both the individual needs of companies and the highest sustainability criteria. The excellent collaboration with the city of Garbsen and the economic development agency has shown how important strong partnerships are for the successful development of such projects.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>High Sustainability Standards in Focus<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The project is to be built sustainably and certified according to the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Panattoni aims for the DGNB Gold certificate. Environmentally friendly measures include a photovoltaic system on the roof, an air-water heat pump, and the use of rainwater. In addition, a spacious well-being area will be created for employees to ensure a pleasant working environment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The establishment by Panattoni as Europe&#8217;s most active industrial developer shows how attractive Garbsen is as a business location,&#8221; says Claudio Provenzano, Mayor of the city of Garbsen. &#8220;The investment fits perfectly into the strategic direction of the city and creates new jobs.&#8221; The completion of the property is planned for October 2026.
