Targeted training and certifications of employees, as well as entry into the SAP licensing business, mark further important milestones on the way to becoming a one-stop shop for SAP logistics solutions.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>From &#8216;Products &amp; Innovation&#8217; to &#8216;Products, Innovation &amp; Technology&#8217;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The department &#8220;Products &amp; Innovation,&#8221; founded in 2024, has grown into the area &#8220;Products, Innovation &amp; Technology.&#8221; It forms a central building block of SWAN&#8217;s innovation strategy. The team identifies logistics and technology trends, consolidates professional product expertise, and further develops standardized product and project solutions. In addition to its own product development, SWAN experts ensure that customer solutions are future-proof and implemented according to SAP specifications \u2013 for example, through Clean-Core-compliant architectures or integrations on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Additionally, the team explores future topics such as AI applications in logistics.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Customer Proximity and Digitalization<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Despite challenging framework conditions, the willingness to digitize in logistics remains high. At the same time, competent consulting and guidance are in demand to support customers in choosing their SAP logistics solutions and to accompany them on their transformation to the cloud.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The SAP logistics world is more complex than ever; alongside the discontinuation of older logistics modules such as SAP Warehouse Management or SAP LE-TRA, SAP has recently introduced several new modules, including the SAP Logistics Management module. Our common goal is to make these developments understandable and translate them into future-proof solutions,&#8221; explains Alexander Bernhard, managing director at SWAN GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, SWAN already offers structured support to customers when defining individual project requirements. Newly developed SWAN DSC workshops serve as a methodological entry point to define modules, integration points, and priorities, and to develop a robust transformation strategy.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Growth, New Business Areas, and Competence Building<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In addition to further expanding the areas of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), SWAN is developing new business areas along the operational SAP Digital Supply Chain \u2013 focusing on S\/4HANA and cloud transformations. Additionally, the company now also comprehensively supports customers in the SAP licensing business from architecture and implementation to licensing.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the company is expanding its presence with new, larger office spaces in Walldorf, Dortmund, and Graz.
