(Offenbach) DB Cargo Full Load Solutions (FLS) or Transa Spedition has invested in its fleet, significantly expanding it: With 200 new trailers, including 100 MEGA trailers, DB Cargo FLS increases capacity, versatility, and safety in transport. The MEGA trailers offer around 100 cubic meters of loading volume and an interior height of three meters. The liftable roof allows for the transport of particularly bulky goods. Fewer trips mean lower costs, reduced fuel consumption, and decreased CO\u2082 emissions \u2013 a clear benefit for customers and the environment.<\/p>\n
Safety has also been optimized: The trailers are equipped with modern load securing systems and, instead of conventional clamping beams, additional strap loops that secure the rear cargo as well. The \u201cAngles Morts\u201d warning enhances safety when turning and allows for unrestricted use in France. The trailers are equipped with ADR signs, as well as three label pockets on each side and at the rear for hazardous goods placards. They are also suitable for transporting waste and are standardly certified to Code XL.<\/p>\n

Since February, the MEGA trailers have been in use on the international road and intermodal connections of DB Cargo FLS \u2013 including for the paper industry on routes from Sweden to Germany and Italy. With a total of 450 trailers, DB Cargo FLS sets standards for powerful, safe, and sustainable logistics.<\/p>\n
