With the new Optio L Series, Toyota Material Handling sets new standards in intralogistics: The completely redesigned generation of low-level order pickers combines maximum efficiency with ergonomic design and state-of-the-art safety technology. The result: More performance, less energy consumption.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The result: more safety, less energy consumption, and maximum driving comfort. This enables our customers to achieve efficient, future-proof processes \u2013 today and tomorrow,” says Jose Maria Gener, Vice President Sales & Marketing at Toyota Material Handling Europe.<\/p>\n

Focusing on the users, the new Toyota Optio L Series sets benchmarks in ergonomics. Increased platform lift heights, low entry, and versatile model variants for loads up to 2.5 tons make the devices ideal helpers to maximize productivity with minimal effort.<\/p>\n

The six updated models of the L Series \u2013 OSE120\/P, OSE250\/P, as well as OSE200X and OSE180XP \u2013 offer the right solution for every requirement in order picking, especially in dynamic central warehouses. The series covers various applications and enables optimized material flows as well as ergonomically efficient working heights.<\/p>\n

Improved platform damping reduces vibrations, and a spacious operator platform enhances comfort and productivity. The widest entry in its class and standard knee protection support intensive picking tasks. The platform lift height has been increased to 1195 mm, allowing picking heights of up to 2.8 m to be easily reached. Optional features such as side companion buttons and additional storage further optimize productivity.<\/p>\n

Up to 10% more efficient than the predecessor model: The Optio L Series sets new standards in energy consumption. The optimized weight directly reduces energy consumption, making every operating hour more efficient. Flexible battery solutions \u2013 from long-lasting lead-acid to powerful lithium-ion batteries \u2013 extend operating times and lower operating costs. Intelligent maintenance accessibility further enhances cost-effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Intelligent Control Functions<\/h5>\n

Safety is the top priority: The Toyota Optio L Series is equipped with intelligent control functions such as PIN code login, optional Smart Access, and the proven Optimised Truck Performance (OTP), which automatically reduces speed when cornering and handling loads.<\/p>\n

The newly developed backrest with side grips makes entry even easier and supports safe maneuvering. Integrated blue or red warning lights and position lights increase visibility in busy warehouse environments. These features actively help to prevent accidents and enhance safety for operators and their surroundings.<\/p>\n

Beginning of a New Generation<\/h5>\n

The new Toyota Optio L Series marks the beginning of a new generation in order picking. With its focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, it brings a new level of performance to the industry. The series has been available for order across Europe since the end of September 2025 \u2013 supporting companies in making their intralogistics future-proof and efficient.<\/p>\n
