Forto has today introduced “Flash by Forto,” a next-generation AI agent that automates employee workflows and ensures faster, smarter, and more consistent transport processing. Flash by Forto supports Operations Managers in all phases of the shipment process.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Berlin) From booking to invoicing, Flash by Forto automates routine decisions and communication, allowing employees to focus on more demanding tasks\u2014while customers benefit from shorter response times, greater transparency, and consistently high service quality.<\/p>\n

Unlike traditional rule-based automation solutions, Flash by Forto uses advanced large language models and its own dataset to draw conclusions, make decisions, and act in parallel with thousands of active shipments. The system interprets emails, extracts relevant data, suggests next steps, and creates accurate documentation\u2014all in real-time.<\/p>\n

“With Flash by Forto, we are redefining the way freight transport is conducted,” explains Guillaume Petit-Perrin, CEO of Forto. “We are evolving from manual processing to intelligent control\u2014thereby increasing productivity, improving the customer experience, and giving our Operations Managers maximum control.” <\/p>\n

Data-Driven and Designed for Scalability<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Flash by Forto is built on one of the most structured and standardized operational datasets in the industry. This enables large-scale deployment\u2014Forto expects that after full implementation, virtually all shipment-related tasks will be automated.<\/p>\n

Flash by Forto is already in use in Forto’s export processes, streamlining key workflows across the entire supply chain. The system automatically captures data from relevant documents, processes booking requests, plans transport types and routes, schedules pickups and deliveries, and extracts and validates shipping documents. Additionally, Flash by Forto supports invoicing and post-shipment communication, ensuring smooth operations and a significant increase in efficiency.<\/p>\n

The Operations Manager Becomes a Process Designer<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Rather than replacing Operations Managers, Flash by Forto enhances their capabilities. Routine tasks are handled independently, allowing employees to focus on strategic problem-solving. The result: higher job satisfaction, faster processing, and an improved customer experience.<\/p>\n
