Speditions GmbH has acquired parts of the transport business of the medium-sized logistics service provider van Eupen Logistik GmbH &amp; Co. KG based in Essen and Dorsten. With this step, the L.I.T. Group significantly expands its presence in the beverage logistics segment and simultaneously enhances its operational service portfolio with specialized equipment and an established customer network.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Brake\/Essen) van Eupen Logistik GmbH &amp; Co.KG has decades of experience in beverage logistics and enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. Its customer base includes renowned beverage manufacturers \u2013 including companies for which L.I.T. Speditions GmbH already acts as a logistics service provider. As part of the acquisition, existing customer relationships will be continued and further developed. At the same time, new opportunities arise for acquiring additional clients from the beverage industry.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the asset acquisition of the transport business of van Eupen Logistik GmbH &amp; Co.KG, we create strong synergies, pool valuable expertise, and strategically expand our position in a market segment that is important to us. The long-standing customer relationships of van Eupen Logistik GmbH &amp; Co.KG are of great value to us and offer enormous potential for further growth,&#8221; says Simeon Breuer, Managing Director of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH and board member of the L.I.T. Group.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to expanding the customer base, the L.I.T. Group is also growing in personnel: 120 qualified and dedicated employees are now strengthening teams at various locations. Furthermore, the company&#8217;s fleet will be expanded by 85 tractors and 110 specialized trailers, thus contributing to the enhancement of operational capability.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>In Line with Strategic Direction<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The asset acquisition is in line with the strategic direction of the L.I.T.
