With a planned total investment of over \u20ac700 million, the developer envisions the realization of a modern multi-user park for a broad target group from industry and production, light industrial, as well as from research and development, complemented by accompanying office space and boarding house concepts. The user group also includes companies from the high-tech segment, such as chip manufacturers. In addition, a partial sale to municipal enterprises, including Rheinbahn, is planned.<\/p>\n
With this project, CTP is adhering to its strategy of developing areas as resource-efficient and sustainably as possible. To achieve this, the developer primarily utilizes industrial wastelands to build properties that meet both modern customer needs and the latest ESG requirements. Notable examples include projects in M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr, Wuppertal, and Bremen. For the latter, CTP was awarded the Brownfield24 Award in May 2024 in the category of Best Brownfield Project (Logistics). The complete demolition of all existing buildings is planned for the construction of CTPark D\u00fcsseldorf. Only a few existing buildings under monument protection will be preserved and integrated into the new commercial urban development concept.<\/p>\n

The area for the realization of the park is located in the northeast of D\u00fcsseldorf, in the district of Rath, and is excellently connected to the local transport network. The A52 motorway is directly accessible from the property, just 300 m away. The A44 and A3 also run nearby, at distances of only 4 km and 9 km from the property. D\u00fcsseldorf Airport is 2 km away, and the city center is 8 km away. In addition to areas in Wuppertal, Aachen, Krefeld, and M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr, this is the fifth industrial location that CTP acquires in North Rhine-Westphalia. Furthermore, the developer secured areas in 2024 in the BrainergyPark in J\u00fclich, where CTP is realizing a high-tech production facility of approximately 20,000 sqm for the Taiwanese company Quanta Computer.<\/p>\n
Planning for CTPark D\u00fcsseldorf has already begun, with the takeover of the areas planned for December 31, 2024. Development is scheduled for the coming years.<\/p>\n
