The shipments are primarily transported by road \u2013 depending on size, weight, and requirements in cars or trucks, as hazardous goods or temperature-controlled. Approximately 6,000 vehicles are available across Europe that can be activated at short notice.<\/p>\n
For particularly time-critical shipments, customers receive a quote within 15 minutes, including information on availability and price. A distinction is made between Critical \u2013 these shipments are picked up immediately and delivered directly \u2013 and Tempo. For these shipments, pickup and delivery occur at a fixed time. Additionally, customers receive five status updates online as well as via email for each transport.<\/p>\n
