Together, they demonstrate that sustainable delivery on the &#8220;last mile&#8221; is possible with AI-based solutions and a respectful personnel concept.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00fcnfuchs consolidates external KEP parcel volumes and combines them with the goods traffic of local retailers. With the help of digital, AI-based tools, including fully dynamic route planning and fully automated micro-sorting systems, we sustainably unlock efficiency potentials on the last mile.<\/p>\n<p>This is complemented by additional services for inner-city trade, from consolidated supply to dark-store storage to comprehensive fulfillment. For end customers, Gr\u00fcnfuchs also offers return pickups and convenient direct shipping. All of this together results in a convincing business model.
