Sievert Logistics SE now supports customers with all questions related to customs clearance. The use of the new customs clearance service is not tied to a transport order. The expansion of the service portfolio to include an import\/export area is the next step for the Lengerich-based company in its development into a holistic logistics specialist.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Lengerich) “We have noticed an increased interest among our customers in support for customs procedures. We reacted promptly and expanded our service portfolio accordingly with little lead time,” says Karsten Bley, Managing Director of Sievert Logistics SE. From now on, the logistics specialist will take over all processes related to customs procedures as needed \u2013 from export declarations to the organization of imports and the handling of shipping procedures.<\/p>\n

The new service division is led by Denise Turley. The businesswoman specializing in freight forwarding and logistics services has years of experience in customs clearance and is familiar with all processes involved in the import and export of goods and commodities from both theory and practice. “Customs clearance is a complex and time-consuming task with high legal and bureaucratic requirements. Corresponding services therefore require a high level of professional expertise. I am all the more pleased that we have been able to recruit Denise Turley as an experienced and competent customs officer,” says Bley.<\/p>\n

With the new offering from Sievert Logistics SE, clients and shippers can now easily and straightforwardly ensure that their customs-bound shipments arrive on time and without delays at the recipient. The use of the new services is not tied to the awarding of a transport order. “In addition to our proven services, we can now also guarantee our customers the fast and reliable handling of customs procedures, thereby providing even more comprehensive support,” adds Bley.<\/p>\n
