MBS Logistics is setting the course for further growth \u2013 and with that, the responsibilities within the management are also increasing. To carry the success of the logistics service provider into the future, MBS is now expanding its corporate management: Joerg Roehl will join as an additional CEO of the MBS Group, headquartered in Cologne, on February 1, 2023, complementing the current leadership team of Andreas Janetzko and Daniel Steckel.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(K\u00f6ln) Joerg Roehl has been working in the freight forwarding and shipping industry for over 30 years. His focus areas include air and sea freight as well as project logistics. Most recently, Roehl served as CEO for Natco \/ Trans Global Projects in Switzerland. Previously, he held various leadership positions at K\u00fchne & Nagel International, Geis Cargo, Bollor\u00e9 Logistics, Agility Logistics, and Hansa Heavy Lift.<\/p>\n

MBS is now leveraging this experience, combined with Joerg Roehl’s nearly 15 years of work in Singapore: Among other things, the company aims to further develop its activities in Asia, Europe (specifically Switzerland and Germany), and project logistics.<\/p>\n

Bernd Wilkes, founder and partner of MBS, on Joerg Roehl’s start: “Together with the two other partners of MBS Holding, Johannes Steckel and Georg Ludwig, I warmly welcome Joerg Roehl aboard MBS. We are very pleased that we were able to attract Joerg to our company. Beyond the international expansion of our business, we want to invest in new product areas in the future.”<\/p>\n

Joerg Roehl has set clear goals: <\/p>\n

“Together, we will advance the core competencies of MBS Logistics, namely air and sea freight. I am very excited that we will also place an additional focus on project logistics and will invest more in regions such as Switzerland and Asia, where I have gained extensive experience over many years.
