Effective January 16, 2023, Stephan Schiller will become the new Managing Director and Partner of XSTAFF GmbH. The 52-year-old, who was most recently Managing Director of Hermes Europe GmbH and CEO of Hermes International, will lead the company together with founder Bodo Knop and Antonios Rigalos, Chief Growth Officer of XSTAFF.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(D\u00fcsseldorf) With Schiller’s engagement, the logistics service provider based in D\u00fcsseldorf is sending a clear signal for the future direction of the company. “With Stephan Schiller, we have been able to attract a leader who not only brings a wealth of know-how and high expertise but also shares our vision of a cooperative business model. This creates ideal conditions to continue the growth trajectory of XSTAFF,” says Bodo Knop, Chairman of the Board of XSTAFF GmbH, expressing his enthusiasm for the notable reinforcement.<\/p>\n

At Home in Global Markets<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Schiller has been active in the logistics industry for over 30 years and has experienced nearly all dimensions of logistics during this time. This includes operational management across all modes of transport, the establishment and expansion of global partner networks, as well as the development of e-commerce solutions. The establishment and positioning of Hermes as a supply chain logistics provider and the integration of the business model into the procurement logistics of the Otto Group are largely attributable to Schiller. Throughout his career, Schiller has held positions as a carrier, service provider, and BCO. “This knowledge of the different interests and conflict lines is helpful, especially when it comes to successfully advising the members of XSTAFF and developing added value.” The native Hamburger sees his strengths primarily in the development and long-term establishment of powerful business units.<\/p>\n
