As part of this partnership, Kombiverkehr has acquired a ten percent stake in the Rail Hub Milano (RHM), one of Italy&#8217;s most important intermodal railway hubs.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Frankfurt\/Melzo) With this strategic acquisition, Kombiverkehr is further expanding its rail network in Europe and strengthening its position as one of the key players in the region. Kombiverkehr gains access to a state-of-the-art rail terminal with a capacity of 300,000 units per year, as well as a network of rail connections to major ports and industrial centers in Italy and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>Sogemar (ContshipItalia Group) will retain a 90 percent stake in RHM.
