The Board of Directors of K\u00fchne+Nagel International AG appoints Dr. Marc Pfeffer to the management board of the international logistics group. Starting in January 2023, Marc Pfeffer will join the management board in his role as Chief Legal Officer and will continue to serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors.<\/h5>\n

(Schindellegi) Marc Pfeffer (born 1971, German and Swiss citizen) began his career at K\u00fchne+Nagel in 2014 as Chief Legal Officer with global responsibility for the corporate legal department of the K\u00fchne+Nagel Group, including trade compliance and data protection. He is also responsible for the independently managed compliance department. Since mid-2019, Marc Pfeffer has additionally taken on the role of Secretary of the Board of Directors of K\u00fchne+Nagel International AG.<\/p>\n

Doctorate in Antitrust Law<\/h5>\n

Before joining K\u00fchne+Nagel, Marc Pfeffer worked as General Counsel at DB Netz AG (Frankfurt am Main) and at OC Oerlikon Corporation AG (Pf\u00e4ffikon SZ, Switzerland). He studied law at the University of Saarland, Saarbr\u00fccken, and earned his doctorate with distinction in antitrust law.<\/p>\n
