It enables companies using the automated storage and retrieval system AutoStore to gain access to data-driven insights from their system and easily identify the causes of operational challenges.<\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00f6nchengladbach) Unify Analytics is available in two versions: as a web application, allowing companies to retrieve statistics and analyses in real-time, and as an API (Application Programming Interface), which enables seamless integration with external third-party applications. &#8220;Companies can benefit from numerous advantages by combining warehouse automation with data-driven insights. This data analysis tool allows companies to act more proactively and respond quickly to challenges,&#8221; says Andreas Munch, Product Manager at AutoStore.<\/p>\n<p>Unify Analytics consists of several performance analysis dashboards that provide graphical representations of operational information. Examples of available data include uptime and the number of stops within the system, wait time per container, average distance traveled per robot, and the number of tasks a customer has prepared in the system (per hour). It will also indicate whether the software and firmware have been updated. &#8220;Data is only effective when we measure the right metrics. We currently have a selected list of key performance indicators and will gradually develop the software in close dialogue with our users, adding new features,&#8221; says Munch.<\/p>\n<h5>Integration of an Alarm Function<\/h5>\n<p>In the upcoming developments of the technology, AutoStore developers plan to integrate an alarm function. End users will be notified via email or SMS when certain conditions are met, allowing companies to respond quickly to operational challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The AutoStore system continuously generates large amounts of information. This makes a technology that organizes this data in a highly secure manner on a single platform and meets the highest security requirements extremely valuable. &#8220;The new analytics tool ensures access to real-time and log data and is only accessible to specifically designated end users and distribution partners. We automatically provide software updates as soon as they are available, without any system downtime,&#8221; says Munch.<\/p>\n<h5>Available from November 15, 2022<\/h5>\n<p>Unify Analytics is intuitive and easy to use, requiring no training or extensive technical knowledge for implementation.
