The payout creates an additional incentive to further enhance one&#8217;s service quality.<\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">(Homburg\/Efze) The cargo cooperation CTL has now presented the figures for the first eight months of 2022 during its strategy meeting. Overall, the quality has improved across the network. From January to August 2022, more than 800,000 euros were distributed to 89 network partners.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u201cWe are convinced that the network and our partners can always improve their quality. With our new system, we want to reward the very good work,\u201d says CTL CEO Francesco De Lauso. At the beginning of the year, CTL transformed its pure sanction system into a bonus\/malus system. Partners who achieve high quality values in defined categories \u2013 such as delivery quality \u2013 within a month receive a payout from the bonus pool.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Transition Already Shows Effect<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Looking back at the first eight months, it is clear: the transition is already showing effect. \u201cThe positive overall development is noticeable, especially in the premium sector, but we have not yet reached where we want to be.
