This year, experts will once again look to the future together: Under the motto &#8220;Proven Technology and Innovative Solutions: Ready for Future Challenges with FTS and AMR,&#8221; they will exchange insights on current developments in the field on September 21 at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund) After the FTS Conference had to take place digitally in 2020 due to the Corona pandemic, participants will meet again in person this year in Dortmund. In six presentations, they will gain insights into FTS practice: Users and operators will share their experiences with various types of Autonomous Transport Systems and will also discuss the technical details of the implemented solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Michael ten Hompel, Managing Director of the Fraunhofer IML, will open the conference with a keynote speech. He will present possibilities for how Artificial Intelligence and Open Source can contribute to innovative solutions in intralogistics in the future.
