The size and facilities of the property, its location \u2013 just over 100 km from Schl\u00fcchtern and ideally connected via the A49 motorway \u2013 and, not least, the immediate availability, perfectly matched the search criteria. Furthermore, the access via eight loading docks as well as ground level and the spacious maneuvering area on the open space are ideal for the planned handling of textile logistics.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Central location with Railport<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Borken is inherently a good logistics location in Hesse due to its central location and direct motorway access.
