The logistics space platform LogiVisor.com, a service of Logivest GmbH, is celebrating its first anniversary. Whether it’s 100 pallet spaces or several thousand square meters of logistics space, the search for managed storage space is increasingly becoming a race against time. Logivest.com has made it its mission to connect companies from trade and industry with the right logistics service providers.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Munich) Founded in March 2021 by the consulting company Logivest, which specializes in logistics real estate and locations, the logistics service provider exchange has quickly established itself in the market. The hybrid model of analog expert consulting with digital support is well received. Designed as a platform that filters results based on algorithms and suggests suitable logistics service providers, LogiVisor.com is backed by a team of experts who advise on selection and go through a custom checklist with the client.<\/p>\n

In just twelve months, the startup has been able to mediate over 30,000 square meters of storage space \u2013 from pallet spaces with simple logistics processes to large-scale inquiries with complex fulfillment services.<\/p>\n

Expectations Exceeded in the First Year<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Originally integrated as a LogiVisor module in the nationwide settlement platform Gewerbegebiete.de, Logivest designed LogiVisor.com as an independent platform due to the increased demand for managed storage spaces. “Our initial intention was to create more transparency in the logistics service provider market and to further advance digitalization in the logistics sector by linking digital tools with professional expertise,” says Marco Mendes, COO of Logivest. “The fact that LogiVisor.com has established itself so quickly and has shown such success within just one year exceeds our expectations.”<\/p>\n

In addition to pure mediation, the focus in the coming years will be particularly on expanding consulting services and integrating additional service offerings.<\/p>\n
