BeMo Tuneling GmbH is acting as the general contractor.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">(Munich\/Bramsche) In the acquisition process, LIP was legally and tax-wise supported by LPA and in the ESG due diligence by ES EnviroSustain. Cushman &amp; Wakefield took over the technical due diligence as well as construction controlling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">The completion of the new building project is planned for Q2 2022. The distribution center will have a total rental area of nearly 12,400 square meters with a hall height of 10 meters and a load-bearing capacity of 5 tons. Access will be provided via 10 loading docks and a ground-level access gate. There will be a separate entrance and exit for trucks and cars. The site will have 70 car parking spaces and 16 covered bicycle parking spaces, some of which will be equipped with e-charging stations. The property is also accessible by public transport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">The building will be constructed according to the KfW-55 standard, and the roof area will be fully equipped with a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 1,100 kilowatt peak. The electricity generated here will be used by the tenant Clinic &amp; Job Dress. This enables a CO<sub>2<\/sub>-neutral operation. The outdoor area will be attractively designed with natural plantings and resting areas for employees. A DGNB Gold certification is being pursued for the logistics center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u201cWe are pleased that with this project we can strengthen the economic location of Bramsche in the long term and sustainably. The provider of workwear has an extensive product range that requires corresponding storage capacities.
