KG, Regensburg, one of the leading German mineral oil logistics companies, on the succession planning and the sale of a majority stake to funds of the investment company AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, Munich. <\/strong><strong>The transaction is still subject to the fulfillment of certain closing conditions.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Mannheim\/Regensburg) The former majority shareholder, Ms. Monika Zollner, has re-invested in the company to accompany the upcoming transformation of the business in a changing market in the coming years.
