The trade fair professional Kai Mangelberger will take over the project management of the leading trade fair FRUIT LOGISTICA for global fruit trade starting November 1, 2021, which will take place as an in-person event in Berlin from February 9 to 11, 2022. Mangelberger has been the deputy project manager of InnoTrans for the past six years.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Berlin) Kai Mangelberger, who has been managing FRUIT LOGISTICA on an interim basis, is now taking over the project management. Mangelberger has nearly 20 years of experience in the trade fair and event industry and has served as the deputy project manager of InnoTrans, the international leading trade fair for transport technology, for the past six years.<\/p>\n

Mangelberger succeeds Madlen Miserius, who has first accompanied FRUIT LOGISTICA as a Product Manager and then led it as a Senior Product Manager. She is looking forward to new tasks and challenges at Messe Berlin after twelve successful years at FRUIT LOGISTICA.<\/p>\n

Platform for Innovations<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We want to be the constant for the fresh fruit industry, an industry that must quickly and flexibly adapt to often changing conditions,” says Mangelberger. “We address the questions arising from these changes by bringing together industry participants from all areas of the value chain, by anticipating future topics in our supporting program, and by providing a platform for innovations that help ensure the fruit and vegetable industry remains future-proof. FRUIT LOGISTICA is the leading trade fair for global fruit trade and represents the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable industry, from producer to point of sale. At FRUIT LOGISTICA 2020, over 3,300 exhibitors from 91 countries showcased their products, services, and technical solutions. Around 73,000 buyers and trade visitors from more than 135 countries participated in the event. The next FRUIT LOGISTICA will take place from February 9 to 11, 2022, in Berlin.<\/p>\n
