Responses were provided by 119 specialized, business, and local editors. 90 percent desire more communication, but see potential for improvement not only in quantity but also in quality and service in press work.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Augsburg) Only one in ten respondents has a neutral (7%) or negative (3%) view of press releases from the logistics sector. Most journalists desire more and better press work. Evaluated by quality, quantity, and service, performance in the field of public relations is not perfect across the corporate landscape. Rated on a school grading scale, small companies communicate adequately (4.0), medium-sized companies barely achieve a satisfactory grade (3.33), and large companies come away with a weak three (2.66).<\/p>\n

24 Questions on Press Work in Logistics<\/strong><\/h5>\n

When asked about interesting topics, reports on research (87%), new products (78%), and sustainability (77%) are most likely to be opened. At the bottom of a longer list of topics is the donation report, which is deleted unopened by almost three-quarters of all journalists. Overall, participants responded to 24 questions about what constitutes good press work in the logistics sector.<\/p>\n
