The networking of people, buildings, and technologies takes place through a user-friendly app. &#8220;qprem&#8221; celebrates its premiere at the ITS World Congress in Hamburg from October 11 to 15, 2021.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dreieich) Four Parx, a project developer specializing in innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics spaces, has founded a start-up with qualified premises GmbH, qprem, which aims to efficiently and simply organize the holistic digital operation and management of commercial and industrial properties via a software platform. qprem connects people, buildings, and connected technologies and systems for control and operation as a digital ecosystem using a mobile app.<\/p>\n<p>By networking various systems and devices while adhering to the highest security standards, individual solutions for the &#8220;Internet of Things&#8221; are created. Francisco J. B\u00e4hr, Managing Partner of Four Parx Holding GmbH, comments on the establishment of the start-up: &#8220;At qprem, our real estate and logistics expertise and experience come together with excellent competence in software development.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For operators, users, tenants, property management, and facility management, the qprem applications create numerous added values. For example, digital parking management allows for the assignment of parking spaces, monitoring of parking areas, and online billing. This enables parking spaces to be utilized much more efficiently. An intelligent and secure access system regulates the permissions for cars and trucks. qprem also provides the digital infrastructure for the integration of entry and access control systems. A digital site and building plan guides area visitors safely and quickly to their respective destinations.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Also usage and billing of e-charging stations<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The usage and billing of e-charging stations can also be conveniently operated and processed via qprem. These are just a few exemplary applications of the software platform.<\/p>\n<p>The rapidly advancing digitalization demands that we also prepare our buildings for this. The sensible application possibilities in the operation of properties are so diverse; however, we have not found any provider on the market that meets our requirements with a unified software platform. For this reason, we, as an innovative project developer, founded qprem to create an application software that meets these requirements.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>First presentation at the ITS World Congress in Hamburg<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Four Parx will demonstrate the advantages of qprem \u2013 alongside its innovative commercial and logistics property concepts \u2013 for the first time at the ITS World Congress in Hamburg from October 11 to 15, 2021, at its own innovation booth in Hall B7, Stand B7\/421. The solutions will be presented based on the nearly completed two-story commercial and logistics property project &#8220;MACH2&#8221; in Hamburg.
