The Scandinavian branch of LIS AG has won the logistics company Bring Cargo International as a user of its Transport Management System (TMS). The subsidiary of Posten Norge AS will now use the LIS software WinSped for handling its European full-load, part-load, and parcel transports.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Greven\/Oslo\/Stockholm) Bring is the first customer for LIS Scandinavia ApS and a true heavyweight. After a year of preparation, the Bring locations in Malm\u00f6, Stockholm, Link\u00f6ping, Gothenburg, and Halmstad have been successfully connected to the system since May. The remaining twelve branches in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway will follow in the coming months.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>“With Bring, we have managed to acquire a big player in the Scandinavian market right from the start. We are very excited about our international growth and the future collaboration,” says Magnus Wagner, board member of LIS AG. Bring Cargo International is also very satisfied with the development of the TMS project. Lena Blixt Landgren, Business Development Manager of the Swedish logistics company, states: “Despite the pandemic, we have managed to conduct the proof of concept and begin the installation of the software within the set timeline, thanks to our dedicated and loyal employees. We are on a good path to achieve our goal of introducing the TMS in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway by the end of this year.”<\/p>\n

230 Workstations Will Be Connected to the TMS<\/strong><\/h5>\n

While the parent company Posten Norge AS focuses on letter and parcel deliveries to the Norwegian consumer market, Bring Cargo International targets business customers in all European countries. The carrier transports both small and large goods across Europe.<\/p>\n

Around 230 workstations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark are to be connected to the TMS WinSped by the Westphalian software expert in the coming weeks and months. After the introduction of the standard modules for order entry, dispatch, and financial accounting, the next step will be to implement access via the LIS online portal WebSped and the mobile application AppSped.<\/p>\n

With LIS Scandinavia ApS in Hundested, Denmark, LIS AG opened its fifth European branch last year. It is led by the former project manager Adrian Hoffmann.<\/p>\n
