Garbe Industrial Real Estate’s commitment is a positive sign for our economic location \u2013 especially in such a challenging time.” <\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>The location is characterized by its central position in the Stuttgart metropolitan region. It is only about seven kilometers to B\u00f6blingen, the medium-sized center Sindelfingen is ten kilometers away, and the state capital Stuttgart is 30 kilometers away. The plot of land acquired by Garbe Industrial Real Estate is connected to the A8 motorway via the federal road 464 and the A81 motorway. This connects the location westward to Karlsruhe and eastward to Stuttgart Airport, Ulm, and Munich. Additionally, there is direct access to public transport.<\/span><\/p>\n Holzgerlingen is already the third location in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg where Garbe Industrial Real Estate has engaged within a year. In Me\u00dfkirch (Sigmaringen district), the Hamburg project developer has built a distribution center for Amazon. A similar property is currently under construction for the online retailer in Giengen an der Brenz (Heidenheim district).
