The night express service provider Night Star Express can tap into a significant part of the Central and Eastern European market through its shareholder Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Germany SE & Co. KG. By acquiring the Hungary and Romania-based company Innight Hungary Kft., Hellmann Worldwide Logistics can take over the delivery of shipments to the most important Eastern European countries for Night Star Express customers.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Unna) Night Star Express can thus avoid relying on external partners, and the delivery of shipments to Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Croatia can be covered internally through its own night express network.<\/p>\n

Since its founding in 2004 in T\u00f6r\u00f6kb\u00e1lint, Hungary \u2013 15 kilometers west of Budapest \u2013 Innight Hungary Kft. has developed into a night express specialist primarily serving the automotive and agricultural industries. For eight years, the company has also been successfully represented in the Romanian market with its subsidiary Innight Romania Express in Ciorog\u00e2rla.<\/p>\n

The two shareholders, Tam\u00e1s Aradi and Zolt\u00e1n Csombok, will continue to serve as Managing Directors, ensuring that the operational business continues seamlessly and that business relationships with all customers are maintained as before.<\/p>\n

Willfried Hesselmann, Head of CEP Europe at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, is confident: “The acquisition of Innight Express gives us access to two attractive emerging countries in the Eastern European night express market. As part of the acquisition of Innight Express, we were able to take on all 80 employees.” <\/p>\n

Quality in Eastern European Countries<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Night Star Express Managing Director Matthias Hohmann adds: “We are pleased that we can expand our Europe-wide service within our cooperative company. This enables us to offer our customers the same quality in Eastern European countries at the usual Night Star Express level.”<\/p>\n
