The existing business area of nationwide magazine delivery from their joint venture, Medienservice GmbH &amp; Co. KG, which has been established in the market for over 20 years, will be spun off and expanded into Boxit.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Frankfurt\/Greven) Fiege holds 51 percent, while F.A.Z. holds 49 percent of the shares in the newly founded and independent company. The newspaper delivery will continue to be handled by Medienservice GmbH &amp; Co. KG, which delivers around 87 million newspapers annually to its readers with over 260 delivery partners across the country.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The name Boxit metaphorically means &#8216;Put it in the mailbox&#8217;,&#8221; says Michael R\u00f6ttcher, Managing Director of Fiege&#8217;s Last Mile business unit and Managing Director of Boxit.
