This provides them with more flexibility and saves valuable time. DKV Mobility customers can choose between two options<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">: <b>Either they use the DKV CARD to book and pay for route tickets at the toll terminal as well as in the operator portal, or to top up their card or account.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif\">(Ratingen) As a gateway to the Silk Road, Russia opens the most important trade route between Europe and Asia. \u201cWe are very pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to settle tolls in Russia now with the DKV CARD. Russia is a strategically important country as it provides a transit route to Kazakhstan and China.
