KG (OSL) have redistributed the executive responsibilities: Verena K\u00e4uper, Assistant to the Management, and Mike W\u00fcllner, Assistant to the Management, will receive general power of attorney. As part of the realignment, Managing Director Petra Welling will represent the company alone in the future. Angelika Hinsch will leave the management board.<\/p>\n<p>(Paderborn) Verena K\u00e4uper has been with the company since 2016. As a procurator, the 33-year-old will be responsible for network support and expansion as well as marketing and sales. Mike W\u00fcllner (49) has been with OSL for nine years. He will be responsible for the network structure, regional hubs, and the international sector in collaboration with the allnet group. The formal implementation of the changes will take place shortly.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Internal Solution<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> &#8220;We are pleased that we were able to fill the newly created management positions internally. This ensures that the consolidated knowledge, extensive expertise, and precise understanding of all processes will be available to our network in the long term,&#8221; says Petra Welling. &#8220;At the same time, we express our appreciation for the excellent work done so far.&#8221; Together, Petra Welling, Verena K\u00e4uper, and Mike W\u00fcllner will take over the operational management, which has previously been held by Angelika Hinsch. &#8220;We thank Ms. Hinsch for the constructive collaboration and for bringing her many years of experience in the general cargo business to the network,&#8221; says Petra Welling. &#8220;We are convinced that the current realignment will further secure the stability and future viability of ONLINE Systemlogistik.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>ONLINE Systemlogistik<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> With 86 national and international owner-managed logistics companies, certified quality standards, and Europe-wide shipment tracking, ONLINE Systemlogistik GmbH &amp; Co. KG is one of the leading medium-sized general cargo networks in Europe. Nearly 70 locations and four hubs ensure comprehensive, sustainable transport logistics in Germany. The guaranteed loading quota is up to eight ground parking spaces, three loading meters, and five tons per route. ONLINE realizes international traffic with over 20 partners, including in Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
