The company, headquartered in Plattling with three additional locations, continues to hire staff. About 40 percent of the goods come from the immediate vicinity.<\/p>\n<p>(Aicha vorm Wald) After the launch in February, the number of customers increased from four to 14. The latest addition was a new customer from the immediate neighborhood. About 40 percent of the goods come from the Passau region. Thus, the hall, which is the size of three football fields, is completely utilized.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming weeks, 30 new employees will start in permanent positions. The company is still looking for full-time and part-time staff. They are gradually replacing the temporary specialists deployed in Aicha from the headquarters in Plattling and temporary employment contracts. The goal is to create 100 new positions by the end of 2021.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Lifestyle and fashion products provide secure jobs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Our logistics for high-quality lifestyle and fashion products offers secure jobs with the booming eCommerce. From full-time to hourly part-time jobs, everything is possible with us,&#8221; says site manager Alexandra Alt.<\/p>\n<p>Whether further education, a break, or family time, FineCom currently counts over 300 employees at four locations in Germany with 80 different working time models. For this employee-oriented and long-term approach, FineCom has been awarded, among other things, the Family Pact Bavaria.<\/p>\n<p>The logistics center processes 4,500 shipments with 10,500 items and 1,000 returns per day. The trend is rising. The logistics center in Aicha vorm Wald reflects the boom in eCommerce.
