She has been working at Logivest as a real estate agent in the Hamburg region for three years. Romakowski acts as a comprehensive advisor for property owners. With this measure, Logivest is responding to the changing logistics real estate market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(Munich)<\/strong> Exclusive support across all regions. With the appointment of Marta Romakowski as Key Account Manager, Logivest offers owners and landlords of logistics properties a central point of contact. In addition to the regional team leaders and agents, Romakowski will now take care of property owners and act as a comprehensive advisor.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the consulting company established a Key Account Manager for major client support (users) with a focus on trade, production, and logistics service providers with Dirk Heiertz. Marta Romakowski now takes on this role on the real estate side. &#8220;With the introduction of a Key Account Manager, we received a lot of positive feedback last year. We now want to offer this exclusive service to owners and landlords of logistics properties and provide them with a regional, central contact person,&#8221; says Kuno Neumeier, CEO of the Logivest Group.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Logistics properties are gaining importance<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Romakowski, who has been working at Logivest as a real estate agent for the Hamburg metropolitan region for nearly three years, is looking forward to the new challenge: &#8220;The logistics real estate market is changing. New players are entering the market, innovative properties are being developed, and the asset class of logistics properties is gaining importance.
