For freight shipping, the Auhafen in Muttenz follows, and then Rheinfelden\/D (but already with size restrictions), and then it ends. Further towards Lake Constance, only passenger shipping is available.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8637\" style=\"width: 745px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8637\" class=\"wp-image-8637 \" src=\"https:\/\/loginfo24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/12\/BirsTerminal_25.1.21_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"735\" height=\"490\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8637\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">MS CAMARO VII in front of the Basel Wettstein Bridge heading towards Birsfelden Port. On the left in the picture are the two Roche Towers, currently the tallest buildings in Switzerland (left still under construction 215 m, right 165m)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In addition to a record-breaking 53 (!) reefer connections, the motor vessel CAMARO VII, with a length of 135 meters and a width of 11.40 meters, offers a capacity of 268 TEU on four tiers at a maximum of 3030 tons and complements the Tango Shipping Line operating between Basel\/Birsfelden and Antwerp\/Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a modern ballast system and a maximum draft of only 3 meters, as well as state-of-the-art navigation technology, the CAMARO VII is optimally equipped to maintain the approved clearance height at the Middle Bridge in Basel even during high water levels, or to sustain the scheduled service longer during low water levels.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8638\" style=\"width: 985px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8638\" class=\"wp-image-8638 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/loginfo24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/12\/BirsTerminal_25.1.21_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"975\" height=\"601\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8638\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">MS Camaro VII has arrived at its final destination in the port of Birsfelden, at the terminal of Birsterminal AG.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong><\/p>\n<p>Port of Birsfelden as a Trimodal Interface<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The port of Birsfelden forms the ideal trimodal interface of water-rail-road to deliver or receive containers without having to cross the city of Basel by road or rail.
