Since October, three hotlines have been managed for the Berlin Transport Company BVG, the largest municipal transport company in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>(Bamberg\/Berlin) Since the beginning of October, Rhenus :people! has been responsible for the hotline for timetable inquiries as well as the telephone support for the lost property office and a special security hotline for the Berlin Transport Company. In the future, around 175,000 calls will be answered each year. The employees of Rhenus :people! also provide information on the use of the BVG apps. The security hotline serves as a point of contact for callers who want to report incidents such as graffiti, as well as for emergencies.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Relief for BVG employees<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Thanks to the support from Rhenus :people!, our employees can now focus even more intensively on the safe and environmentally friendly transport of passengers in the capital. Managing the hotlines is an important element in daily customer contact, which is why we have deliberately engaged a reliable partner,&#8221; explains Frank B\u00fcch, Head of Marketing at BVG. The BVG, with its 14,600 employees, ensures that hundreds of thousands of Berliners, visitors, and tourists can get to work, home, and around the city, completing 2.9 million trips daily.
