The logistics software provider MHP Solution Group is gaining a new majority owner in the private equity firm FSN Capital Partners. FSN is acquiring 77 percent of the shares from Elvaston Capital Management GmbH, which will remain a minority stakeholder. The transaction still requires approval from the authorities.<\/p>\n

(Neustadt am R\u00fcbenberge) The Scandinavian private equity firm FSN Capital will acquire a majority stake in MHP Solution Group, a leading provider of logistics software in the DACH region, from Elvaston Capital. The agreement signed on Thursday stipulates that FSN Capital will acquire 77 percent of the company\u2019s shares, while the remaining shares will stay with Elvaston Capital and the management. The transaction still needs to be approved by the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n

MHP Group – An End-to-End Provider<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The MHP Solution Group, founded in 1999, has developed into a leading provider of supply chain management and logistics software in the DACH region. Starting from a solution for efficient parcel shipping, the portfolio has expanded over the last 10 years to adjacent areas such as customs clearance, warehouse management, and transport management. Today, MHP Solution Group is an end-to-end provider of software and hardware along the entire supply chain, complemented by comprehensive consulting and business intelligence offerings.
In addition to the MHP brand, the group includes well-known logistics software providers such as aisys, AZ, BNS, LogControl, TIA, and TRANSDATA. Through acquisitions and organic growth, MHP Solution Group has increased its revenue by 38 percent in recent years. The over 3,000 customers from various industries are primarily active in the high-growth areas of e-commerce and logistics services.<\/p>\n

FSN Capital’s Stake as a Long-Term Commitment<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“FSN Capital’s engagement is designed as a long-term strategic partnership that will provide MHP Solution Group with even more stability and security and will support us in our further development in the coming years,” explains Jasmino Burkic, CEO of MHP Solution Group. “We are convinced that FSN Capital, in combination with Elvaston Capital, offers us exactly the experience and support needed to accelerate the growth of the corporate group,” emphasizes Jasmino Burkic.
Robin M\u00fcrer, partner at FSN Capital, sees MHP Solution Group as “an extremely attractive investment opportunity.” Due to the increasingly complex supply chains and the rapid growth of e-commerce, the demand for logistics software is growing extremely fast. “MHP Solution Group is regarded as a recognized market leader, highly rated by customers, and therefore well-positioned for further growth,” says Robin M\u00fcrer. FSN Capital aims to “work together with the management team and Elvaston Capital to accelerate MHP’s growth and gain further market share.”<\/p>\n
