Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG consolidates its previously largely independent divisions of Logistics and Transport into the new Schnellecke Logistics SE as of March 1, 2020.<\/p>\n

(Wolfsburg, 01.03.2020) As of March 1, 2020, the previously largely independent divisions of Logistics and Transport under the umbrella of Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG will be consolidated into the new Schnellecke Logistics SE. They will be integrated both legally and organizationally into Schnellecke Logistics SE. Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG will become a pure holding company for the divisions KWD Automotive AG & Co. KG and the newly formed Schnellecke Logistics SE. At the same time, the management structures will also be reorganized. The executive functions of Schnellecke Group and the division holding will be separated, thereby avoiding dual roles and achieving a stronger focus on the core business of logistics. Additionally, an Executive Board has been established, consisting of board members Nikolaus K\u00fclps (CEO), Dr. Klaus van Marwyk (CFO), and Andreas Wagner (COO), along with five experienced executives Karsten Keil (IT), Kai Kienast (HR), Lars Otte (BD), Sven Virgens (OpEx), and Volker Vossler (Strategy), where all essential functions of Schnellecke Logistics SE are directly involved in decision-making processes close to the customer and daily operations. These measures have resulted in more direct structures and business processes, as well as accelerated and simplified decision-making paths with clear assignment of responsibilities. With this new structure, Schnellecke is better equipped to tackle future market challenges and technological changes.<\/p>\n
