Since its founding in 2011, the company has specialized in consulting for logistics real estate and today offers a comprehensive range of services. These include marketing, sales, investment consulting, as well as location consulting and project management.
Expansion and Location Development
Since its inception, Logivest has evolved from a brokerage firm into one of the largest providers of logistics real estate consulting in Germany. The company now operates ten locations nationwide, including cities such as Stuttgart, Cologne, Berlin, and Hamburg. The Logivest Group currently coordinates over 4,800 logistics properties and processes more than 3,700 property inquiries annually.
The subsidiaries Logivest Stuttgart GmbH and Logivest NRW GmbH were founded in 2016, followed by additional branches in various German cities. Logivest Concept GmbH, also established in 2011, is responsible for location consulting and mergers and acquisition transactions. In 2021, the platform Logivisor.com was launched, connecting warehouse seekers with logistics service providers.
Important Projects and Market Analyses
In recent years, Logivest has established itself as a consultant and project manager for significant logistics projects. One example is the logistics center of Peek & Cloppenburg KG in Bedburg, which commenced operations in 2023. Additionally, Logivest supported the sustainable distribution center of Puma in Geiselwind, which operates CO2-neutrally. Another current project is the production and logistics property Fresch23 by Avnet Embedded, which opened in November 2023. This property meets the BEG 40 standard and utilizes geothermal energy for heating and cooling.
In addition to project work, Logivest publishes the Logistics Real Estate Seismograph annually, based on its own research data, analyzing the development of new construction volumes.
Commitment to the Industry
Kuno Neumeier, founder and CEO of the Logivest Group, is actively engaged in the Federal Association of Logistics (BVL). He initiated the logistics real estate working group to increase the visibility of the industry and founded the initiative „Power of Logistics,“ which advocates for the recognition of logistics as a provider industry for sustainable energy. He also supports the Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation through the charity campaign „Logistics in Motion.“
The 15th anniversary was celebrated on June 5, 2026, with an internal event at Lake Starnberg. Neumeier expressed his gratitude to employees and clients for their support and trust in the company’s development.
