
Stefano Arganese new head of Swiss Post Cargo
Apr 1, 2026 at 10:55 AMThe German BLANCO Group, an internationally active premium provider in the kitchen water area headquartered in Oberderdingen, Baden-Württemberg, has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Markus Laub will assume this position on July 1, 2026, taking responsibility for production, purchasing, quality management, logistics, and supply chain management. This is part of a comprehensive restructuring of the company’s top management, which specializes in systems for the kitchen water area.
With Laub’s appointment, the realignment of the company’s management is complete. Frank Gfrörer, who has served as CEO since May 1, 2025, will move to the head of the Blanc & Fischer family holding and will chair the supervisory board of BLANCO in the future. Rüdiger Böhle, the previous CFO, will take over the position of CEO on May 1, 2026. Additionally, Melanie Aselmann will also assume the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer on May 1, 2026. In this role, she will aim to link and coordinate the areas of sales, marketing, product portfolio, and service more closely on an international level.
Experience in Various Industries
Markus Laub brings extensive international leadership experience in operations, supply chain, and purchasing. Most recently, he was COO of mymuesli AG, where he was responsible for operations and led transformation and efficiency programs. Previously, Laub held senior positions in the automotive supply industry as well as in logistics and consulting companies.
Frank Gfrörer commented on Laub’s appointment, emphasizing that his extensive industry and management experience will enrich the team. He is confident that the leadership team of the BLANCO Group is well positioned to achieve the targeted growth objectives.
