Call for funding for hydrogen refueling stations

The Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV) recently published a funding call focused on the development of hydrogen refueling stations in road traffic as well as the acquisition of commercial vehicles with hydrogen-based drives. The aim of this initiative is to promote the market introduction and use of hydrogen-based drive technologies in heavy-duty transport and to establish a publicly accessible refueling network along key transport routes, as reported by the hydrogen cluster HyWheels.

HyWheels supports the expansion of hydrogen infrastructure

HyWheels has positively received the announcement of the funding call. The organization plans to submit a combined funding application that includes both the expansion of hydrogen refueling stations and the procurement of H₂ vehicles. HyWheels invites companies and interested parties to become part of the consortium to jointly advance the initiative.
