At the beginning of the year, DAKO underwent an external audit by DEKRA. As a result, DAKO once again received certification according to ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management. Due to the change of the auditor, the certificate complies with the accredited standard.
The objective examination included, among other things, customer service and release processes, as well as customer communication. DEKRA also scrutinized employee training and regular internal monitoring. The confirmation that these processes are conducted according to international standards underscores the high quality standards of DAKO GmbH. “Customer orientation is our top priority,” emphasizes Martin Dittmar, Managing Director of DAKO GmbH. “With a structured and efficient quality management system, we lay the foundation to meet and even exceed customer expectations with our products.
