The MLP Group has acquired a property in Vienna to expand its portfolio in the city. The area, covering 5,879 m², is located in the 11th district of Vienna, near the Vienna Central Station. With this step, the company responds to the growing demand for flexible small spaces, as it reports.
Strategic location choice
The decision for the location in Vienna is based, according to the MLP Group, on the transport connections that enable both last-mile logistics and commercial uses. The MLP Group, which specializes in the development of brownfield sites, plans to build the new property on a brownfield. The demolition of the existing buildings is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2026. In parallel, the building permit process is being expedited to complete the new park by the fourth quarter of 2027.
