Construction work in Panattoni Park completed

The construction work at the Panattoni Park Unterfranken in Eltmann has recently been completed. According to the project developer Panattoni, the property has been finished on schedule, and the first tenant has already taken over their unit. The park currently offers 11,180 m² of space, which remains available for interested companies. The location between Schweinfurt and Bamberg, as well as the direct connection to the A70, allows for convenient accessibility, as stated by Panattoni.

The Panattoni Park Unterfranken offers spaces for various business needs. The available units include 9,850 m² of logistics space, 520 m² of office space, and 810 m² of mezzanine space. Additionally, there are 24 car parking spaces and two truck parking spaces available. The park’s location near the cities of Bamberg and Würzburg enables short distances to economically strong centers. Furthermore, the proximity to the Bamberg port and Nuremberg airport ensures that international markets can be served.
