proLogistik France, the French subsidiary of the proLogistik Group headquartered in Dortmund, has appointed François Géor as the new Director of Operations. In this role, he will be responsible for all operational processes as well as customer service. His office will be located in Nantes, and he will be part of the company’s leadership team.
François Géor brings over 15 years of experience in logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain management. He is known for his ability to combine operational excellence with practical performance and a strong customer focus. He is particularly familiar with proLogistik’s product portfolio, especially the logistics solution Logistar, which he has utilized for more than a decade in demanding logistics environments, including large retail companies and logistics service providers.
Before joining proLogistik, Géor served as Director of Multisite Performance at STEF, where he managed several warehouses for Carrefour in the B2C sector. In this role, he was responsible for operational performance, project optimization, employee training, and the large-scale implementation of WMS tools. He also spent nearly a decade at Carrefour, where he held various key positions in the supply chain and led significant projects for mechanization, robotization, and logistics performance enhancement. He defined national standards for e-commerce, including pick-up and delivery services, and supported the performance improvement of teams and logistics infrastructures.
Strategic Direction and Goals
In his new role, François Géor will lead the operational teams, ensure service quality around the clock, strengthen customer relationships, and support the growth of proLogistik both with existing customers and in acquiring new ones. He will also take responsibility for the project and support teams, with the clear goal of maintaining high service quality and solution quality.
