Effective February 2, 2026, Rob Schreurs (left, alongside Co-CEO Rolf Hansmann) has been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Magnus Wagner, who is recognized for his long-standing contributions to the development of the company.
Rob Schreurs brings extensive international experience in logistics and transport management systems. His focus is on customer proximity, operational excellence, and building sustainable partnerships. Schreurs will be based at the company’s headquarters in Greven and will work closely with the management team and employees of LIS.
In an initial statement, Schreurs commented on his new role: “I am very much looking forward to shaping the next development phase together with the LIS team. With strong products, deep expertise, and long-standing customer relationships, the company is excellently positioned for further growth. Together, we will continue to expand our solutions and partnerships and sustainably strengthen LIS’s market position.”
Jesper Erichsen, Chief Technology and Operating Officer (CTOO) of DKV Mobility, thanked Magnus Wagner for his numerous contributions to the successful development of LIS. Under Wagner’s leadership, the company was able to solidify its market position, expand its product portfolio, and deepen long-term customer relationships. Erichsen emphasized that Wagner has created a solid foundation on which LIS will continue to build in the future.
LIS GmbH, which has been active in logistics for 45 years, has developed into one of the leading providers of transport management systems in Germany. With the software WinSped, which ensures optimal scheduling and smooth business processes, the company serves numerous freight forwarders. Additionally, LIS offers a cloud-based warehouse management system specifically tailored to European providers of third-party logistics (3PL).
Currently, LIS employs over 260 staff and maintains locations in several European countries, including the Netherlands, Poland, France, Spain, and Denmark.
