Sandra Kraus new Leasing Director at CTP

CTP, Europe’s largest publicly listed owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate, has appointed Sandra Kraus as the new Leasing Director for CTP Germany at the beginning of January. In this position, she will lead the leasing and sales team in Germany. Her responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental collaboration and further developing market-oriented go-to-market strategies. Additionally, she will be responsible for building and expanding the leasing team.

Sandra Kraus brings extensive experience in commercial, logistics, and industrial real estate. Since joining CTP in May 2025, she has worked as a leasing manager. In this role, she was responsible for acquisition, client management, and contract management for the properties assigned to her. Previously, she worked for several years at the international real estate service provider CBRE, where she last served as Associate Director, focusing on the leasing and sale of industrial and logistics properties in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Expectations for the New Role

Timo Hielscher, Managing Director at CTP Germany, spoke positively about Kraus’s appointment: “Sandra has solid market knowledge and has quickly established herself both internally and in the market environment. With her experience and structured approach, she is a valuable addition to this position.” Hielscher emphasized that Kraus will strategically advance the sales and leasing activities of CTP Germany, particularly regarding the company’s further growth.

Sandra Kraus herself describes her new role as clearly defined. She explains: “My focus is on further developing existing structures, setting clear priorities, and strengthening collaboration within the team. The goal is to establish efficient processes while being able to respond flexibly to market demands.” She expresses optimism about tackling these challenges together with her team.
