Prior to that, he held management positions in Germany and led global product management for air freight. „The Nagel-Group is a great company with exciting future prospects. I am very much looking forward to shaping a dynamic corporate development with continuous and sustainable growth in the coming years together with the Supervisory Board, management, and motivated employees as a reliable partner for our customers,“ Poths stated.

In his new role, Poths will steer the family-owned company together with the Supervisory Board and other members of the Board of Directors. This includes Jens Kleiner (Chief Operating Officer), Michael Lütjann (Chief Information Officer), and Dr. Holger Werthschulte (Chief Financial Officer). Marion Nagel emphasized that the Nagel-Group, as a family business, pursues clear values and high standards. Together with Poths, they aim to further expand their leading role as a provider of all temperature classes.
Under Carsten Taucke’s leadership, the Nagel-Group has made structural adjustments in recent years to position itself for the future. „We thank Carsten Taucke for his successful work and commitment to the Nagel-Group, which is now well-positioned for the future after challenging years,“ said Marion Nagel. Poths will now shape the next phase of growth, with the foundation for future investments already laid.
