May 30, 2025 at 7:40 PMRoom for Growth: Hyster-Yale Deutschland GmbH moved to Mörfelden-Walldorf near Frankfurt Airport at the beginning of April 2025. With approximately 1,100 m² of exhibition, training, and office space, the new location intensifies collaboration with customers and dealers. This strengthens the presence of Hyster® and Yale® forklifts in Germany and the surrounding countries.
(Frankfurt) From Frankfurt, Hyster-Yale manages the markets in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Turkey. A particular focus is on the German-speaking region. Many important Hyster and Yale customers are headquartered in Germany. Germany is the largest market in Europe with around 100,000 forklifts sold annually. The new location is intended to support further growth.
The centerpiece of the new location in the Segro Business Park is the exhibition area with a customer experience center. Here, visitors can test Hyster® and Yale® forklifts in various applications. Reference projects in Charlotte, NC (USA) and a training center in Nijmegen (NL) serve as models.
Hyster-Yale Deutschland GmbH employs 25 staff members. The conveniently located meeting point serves Hyster and Yale dealers for conceptual collaboration with customers. They can also train their service and sales personnel here, especially in the context of product launches. Proximity to the airport also enables internationally attended training sessions and events. In the medium term, one of the dealers will complement the location with a base for the Rhine-Main area.
“We are excited about a place that connects our teams more closely with dealers and customers. We will bring it to life in the coming months and can particularly demonstrate how application-oriented we develop individual customer solutions with this concept. This opens up new growth opportunities in the German-speaking region,” explains Vince Cooke, Vice President Sales, EMEA and Global Key Accounts.
